About the numbers. Ad spend, people reached, clicks, new sign-ups, meetings booked, cost per lead and cost per meeting come from the ad platforms and from our own records. Ad platforms report with a delay and sometimes revise their numbers, so figures here can be a day or more behind and may change. We work out cost per lead and cost per meeting by dividing ad spend by the number of leads or meetings in the same date range. These can differ from what Meta Ads Manager shows, because of time zones (we use Eastern Time), how each system credits a result to an ad, and duplicates we remove. A booked meeting is not a meeting that took place, and neither is a sale.
Past results are not a promise. Results from earlier, paused or test campaigns, or from other clients, do not predict your results. No number of leads, meetings, sales or a set cost is guaranteed. A paused campaign shows its final numbers and spends nothing while paused.
Ads on Facebook and Instagram. Ads run under Meta's advertising policies and review. Meta can reject, limit or pause an ad at any time, and that can affect results. Who pays for ad spend is agreed between us in writing before any ads run, and ads only run on a budget you approved. Previews go live unless you say stop. Sample emails, ads and partner messages in Messages, under Previews, go out at the time shown unless you ask for a change first. To pause or change one, use Request a change or email support@automateyouroffer.com.
Your domain and accounts. Everything we build for you, including your website, your web address (domain) and your social and ad accounts, stays ours until it’s paid for in full. During the program we register and manage your domain through OutletDomains, and we set up your Facebook Page, Instagram account and ad account inside our Meta business account. Your own logo, business name and content stay yours. See our Terms.
Contacts and privacy. People who sign up through your site or tool are protected with reasonable safeguards and used only to run your program. Emails we send on your behalf include an unsubscribe link and follow anti-spam rules. See our Privacy Policy.
