We automate the selling so you only talk to buyers.
The build fee is waived. Not discounted — waived. We build you the starter machine — the one that catches leads and chases them for you — and you put in nothing upfront. The only commitment is keeping it running: a small monthly upkeep, scoped with you on the call.
Booking a call now holds your place in the first 100
The starter machine — it catches people who land on your site and chases them for you. Scoped, built and launched at our cost. If you want something bigger than that, we work it out together.
Every person the machine catches and hands you is billed at a flat rate. No lead, no charge. We tally it up and invoice once every 30 days.
Your buyout number is agreed in writing before we start. Reach it through opt-ins, or write one check any time and take the code. Until then we hold title.
Here's the deal underneath the deal. The kickoff offer is for owners who are willing to put money behind their machine — either you're already spending on ads, or you take what you would have paid us to build and point it at ad spend instead.
We set up the campaigns, write the creative, install the tracking, and run them — ad money goes straight to the ad platform, never through us. Why would we work for free? Because a machine with nothing going into the top of it proves nothing. We want to guarantee your success — and we know that if we're the ones running it, we will crush it. Your win is our proof, our story, and our next hundred clients.
Software is not a thing you buy once and walk away from. It has to be hosted, watched, patched and kept running — and the AI underneath it costs real money every time it thinks. That is what the maintenance covers, and it is the one thing we cannot waive.
The monthly is small, and it is scoped with you on the call — it depends on how much ongoing work you want. That is the whole commitment. The starter build itself is on us.
Beyond that you pay per real person the machine catches, at a rate we set together on the call — because what one new customer is worth to a roofer and what one is worth to a nail salon are not the same number, and pretending otherwise just means somebody is being overcharged.
Your buyout number is agreed in writing before a line of code is written, so there is never a surprise. Everything you have already paid in usage comes off it. Reach it through opt-ins over time, or write one check whenever you feel like it and take the source code, the documentation and the logins. Either way it ends with you owning the machine.
Forever. Plus training, sick days and turnover — and they can quit on a Tuesday.
Every month, forever, and you never own a thing. Stop paying and it all switches off.
The starter machine built free, for a tiny fraction of either. Then only for people who actually raised their hand — and you own the software outright at the end.
We are early, and we would rather have a hundred machines running in the wild than a handful of big checks. Case studies are worth more to us right now than build fees are.
There is also something we like about it: if we only get paid when the machine catches somebody, then we have to build one that catches somebody. That is a healthier arrangement than taking thirty five thousand dollars upfront and wishing you luck. It puts us on the same side of the table.
This is capped at 100 businesses and it is not coming back in this form. After that the build fee returns.
The starter machine: the free tool or offer that gets someone to put their hand up on your site, the page it lives on, and the follow-up that chases them afterwards. That is the piece that turns strangers into people you can actually call, and it is the piece most businesses are missing.
Then we scope it on the call like any other project. Booking systems, quoting tools, customer portals, things wired into software you already run — those are real builds and we price them properly. The kickoff covers the starter machine, and it is a genuinely useful thing to own on its own. Nobody is going to be talked into a bigger project they did not ask for.
A real person who gave you their details through the machine. Deduplicated, so the same person twice is one. Obvious junk and bots are not billed — we strip those before you ever see them.
Then you owe nothing, and we have built something for free. That risk is ours and we are taking it deliberately. It is also the strongest signal we can give you that we think it will work.
Any time. There is no minimum term and nothing to cancel out of. The one thing to know is that the software is ours until it is paid off — so if you walk away early, it switches off rather than coming with you.
Yes, at any point. Whatever you have already paid in opt-ins comes off the buyout number. Nothing you have paid is wasted.
Keeping the thing alive: hosting, uptime monitoring, security patches, bug fixes, and the AI credits it burns every time it qualifies somebody. The fuller tier adds ongoing improvement hours and priority support. Nothing is marked up, and we scope it with you in writing before you commit.
Because it is not our money — it goes straight out to servers and model credits every single month whether anybody books you or not. We can carry the build, which is one-off. We cannot carry a bill that never stops. Being straight about that is better than hiding it and surprising you in month two.
Builds start September 1. Booking a call before then holds your place — spots are given in the order they are claimed, and we would rather have the conversation now than have you find out in September that the hundred went already.
Thirty minutes. We look at how your business actually runs and tell you straight whether we can help — including when we can’t.

On receipt of final payment for a given engagement, all right, title and interest in the custom software we build specifically for you — source code, configuration and accompanying documentation — is assigned to you. You may use, modify, host and resell it without further permission or royalty.
Until final payment is received, that work remains our property and is licensed to you only for review and testing. Under the kickoff partnership, the agreed buyout amount is that final payment, and amounts already paid in usage fees are credited toward it. We retain ownership of our own pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and general know-how, and of anything we build that is not specific to your engagement. Nothing here transfers rights in third-party or open-source components, which stay under their own licenses.
The kickoff partnership waives the build fee for a starter lead-capture build only — the capture tool, its page, and the automated follow-up. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately and is not covered. Maintenance is charged monthly and is not waived; the amount is agreed with you in writing before any work starts. A usage fee is charged per qualifying opt-in, invoiced every 30 days in arrears; what qualifies as billable, the rate, and the buyout amount are agreed with you in writing before any work starts. Duplicate and non-genuine entries are excluded. There is no minimum term and no minimum spend.
Custom software is not a one-time purchase: after launch there is ongoing maintenance, and the software runs on third-party services — hosting, APIs, AI model credits, email and messaging — which are billed at cost or paid by you directly. These costs vary with usage and are estimated, not fixed. Places on this program are limited and it may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
