Plain language, because you should not need a lawyer to book a free estimate. This page covers this website and the messages sent through it. The terms of any waterproofing work, including the lifetime guarantee, are the written terms provided with your estimate.

Privacy

What we collect. Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, town or ZIP, optionally an email address, and whatever you tell us about your basement. The page you sent it from and a short description of your browser are recorded alongside it so we can fix the form if it breaks.

What we do with it. We call you back. That is the whole purpose. Your details are used to set up and carry out the estimate or the conversation you asked for. We do not sell them, rent them, or add you to a marketing list, and we do not send newsletters.

Who sees it. Arbuckle Waterproofing, and the technical service that stores form submissions and notifies us when one arrives. Nobody else, unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it. As long as it is useful for the work you asked about, and then it is deleted on request. Ask by phone or through the message form and we will remove it.

Cookies and tracking. This site sets no advertising cookies. A small value may be kept in your browser for the length of your visit so that a prompt you have dismissed stays dismissed. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may see your IP address when they are fetched.

Your choices. You can always call instead of using a form. If you want anything you sent corrected or deleted, tell us and we will do it.

Terms of this website

Estimates. An estimate request through this site is a request for a visit, not a booking. A person calls you back to agree a day and time. Estimates are free, carry no obligation, and no travel fee is charged within our service area, which is approximately 35 to 40 miles from Carnegie, Pennsylvania, and is flexible by project.

Prices and guarantees. Nothing on this site is a quote. Prices come from the written estimate for your property. The lifetime guarantee applies to the waterproofing systems Arbuckle Waterproofing installs, for the original owner, on the written terms provided with your estimate.

Content. The signs, explanations and descriptions on this site are general information about basement water problems. They are not a diagnosis of your property. Sample layouts shown are illustrations of what an estimate contains, not a document for any real property.

Emergencies. If water is entering your home now, call (412) 265-7444. The forms on this site are not monitored around the clock; the phone is.

Changes. This page may be updated. The date below tells you when it last was.
