BEFORE WE
BUILD ANYTHING.

Payment received — thank you. One thing stands between here and the first build session, and it takes about three minutes.

Most projects that go badly do not go badly because of the work. They go badly because nobody agreed how they would work together. So we put it in writing up front. Three ideas. You read them, you agree to them, you sign your name.

This is not fine print, and there is nothing buried in it. It is the operating manual for the next ninety days, and it holds us to as much as it holds you.

the text below is the whole thing
Concept 01 of 03

THE THREE LEVELS
OF COMMUNICATION.

You are paying for expertise. That only pays off if the expert is allowed to be the expert — and if we stop asking your opinion on things that do not need one.

So every decision in this project arrives at one of three levels, and we will tell you which one it is. No guessing.

COMMAND
We decide · you execute

We tell you what needs to happen and you do it. Record this video by Thursday. Give us access to that account. Send the photos. These are not opinions and they are not up for debate — they are the things that, left undone, stop everything behind them.

If you don't: the build stops where it stands. Commands are the load-bearing wall of this agreement. Ignore them and there is no project, no matter how much was paid.
COLLABORATE
We decide together

We put a real recommendation in front of you and we talk it through. Offer, pricing, who we go after, what the machine says. You know your market and we know what converts — this is where those two meet.

If you don't: tell us you have no strong view and we will choose. That is a completely legitimate answer. What does not work is silence — we will take it as "you choose" and move, because waiting costs you money.
CHOICE
You decide · we execute

Yours outright. Colours, photographs, the name on the thing, which of the three headlines you like. Taste, not strategy. We will give you options and a deadline.

If you don't: we pick one and keep going. You can change it later. What we will not do is let the whole build sit still waiting on a colour.
Concept 02 of 03

THE HOT POTATO.

You are on a team now. When something is sitting in your hands, it is not just your task that is waiting — the entire build is stopped behind you, and everyone on it is idle.

So the rule is simple: do not hold the potato. When something reaches you, do the best version of it you can right now, and pass it on. Then it is someone else's turn to move fast for you.

The part people get wrong

A good answer today beats a perfect answer next week — every single time. Waiting until you have the ideal photograph, the perfect wording, the day when you finally feel ready, does not raise the quality of the project. It just moves the finish line further away and costs you money you have already spent.

If you genuinely cannot do it right now, that is fine — say so immediately and hand it back. Being blocked is normal. Being blocked silently is the thing that kills builds.

Concept 03 of 03

DEMAND
THAT IT WORKS.

You did not buy a finished checklist. You bought a result. We are not interested in handing you a tidy project that did nothing — we want a success story with your name on it.

We have systems we believe in and have watched work. You have knowledge about your own market, your own customers and your own numbers that we simply do not have. The build only gets to be great where those two things meet.

This one is an obligation, not an invitation

If you see something working, say so — we will pour fuel on it. If you see something not working, say that too, immediately, even if we built it, even if we recommended it, even if you think it might be awkward.

Staying quiet to be polite is the single most expensive thing that can happen on this project. Speaking up is not criticism here. It is the job.

We don't waste your money. Don't waste our time. That is the whole deal — and it is how all three of us end up with something worth pointing at.

Last step

SIGN IT.

Type your full legal name. That is your signature, and it is recorded with the date and time.

01Command, collaborate, choice — and commands are not optional.
02Never hold the hot potato. Move it or hand it back.
03Say what is working and what is not, straight away.
Signed · recorded

THAT'S IT.

Your understanding is on file. A copy sits in your portal and in ours.

Nothing else is needed from you right now. We will be in touch to book the first build session — and when we do, expect the first command.
