01 · WHY GROUNDWORK EXISTS

Most businesses cannot automate yet.

Not because the tools are wrong. Because the ground is not there: no written plan, no systems, no one but the owner. Automation has nothing to attach to. Every level on the Leverage Ladder stands on these three pillars.

PILLAR 01
You

What the owner does every day to keep the business clear. No system does these for you.

  1. The goal and the plan
  2. Get attention for the idea
  3. Perfect the delivery
  4. Distribute to the right places
PILLAR 02
Your systems

The ten jobs that should run without you. This is the column we build for clients.

  1. Statistics
  2. Internal communication
  3. Selling
  4. Collecting money
  5. Free value machine
  6. Delivery
  7. Quality checklist
  8. Client feedback
  9. Attention and outreach
  10. Referrals
PILLAR 03
Your team

The four questions you ask about every person. If you cannot answer them, you are still doing the job yourself.

  1. Their goals
  2. Their training
  3. Their information and materials
  4. Their statistics

02 · HOW IT WORKS

Fifteen questions. One hour. One plan.

1
Write your answers

Fifteen questions about what you are building, who it is for, how you sell, how you deliver, who helps, and how much time you have. No buttons to click. Full sentences. The writing is where the clarity starts. About thirty minutes.

2
Book the hour

Before the call we turn your answers into your plan. On the call we go through it together, fix what is off, and you see exactly how we operate: what gets done by hand, what gets built, and in what order.

3
Leave with the report

Your goal in one line. Where you are on the ladder. Your daily two hours. Which system to build first and what the simplest version looks like. Your first step, for tomorrow morning.

03 · WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

Full clarity on what you are building, and what to do each day.

The plan is built around a day you can actually keep. First you do pillar one by hand. Then you spend a little time every day putting pillar two in place, one system at a time.

2 HRS

Pillar one, by hand. Two hours a day on the four owner activities: the plan, attention, delivery, distribution. The report says how to split them for your business and what the first action is in each.

30 MIN

Pillar two, one system at a time. Thirty minutes a day building the systems, in the order the plan gives you, starting with the simplest version that works. Free tools where they exist; we say which ones.

THEN

Pillar three, when there is someone to lead. The four questions, answered about yourself first. When you hire, you already know how to run them.

  • Your goal in one line, written so a stranger would understand it.
  • Your rung on the Leverage Ladder, and what the next rung up asks of you.
  • Every system scored: what you have today, what "in place" looks like, the simplest first version.
  • A 30-day plan, week by week, sized to the hours you told us you have.
  • What we would automate when you are ready, in plain words, so you know what the ladder looks like from here.

04 · WHAT IT COSTS

Nothing. One honest review.

Groundwork is free. There is no card, no upsell on the call, and nothing to buy to get the report.

When we are done, we ask for one thing: an honest Google review of your hour with us. That is how you pay for it, and it is how the next person finds Groundwork.

05 · QUESTIONS

Before you start.

Who is Groundwork for?
People at the bottom of the ladder: an idea, a side business, or a business that runs on the owner's back and cannot afford a build yet. If you already have the plan, the systems, and the team, you do not need Groundwork. Book the intro call instead.
Is this a sales call?
No. You get the plan whether or not you ever buy anything. The report does explain what we automate for clients, because that is the top of the ladder you are climbing, but nothing on the call is for sale.
Why written answers instead of a quiz?
Because a quiz gives you our words. Written answers give us yours. Most of the clarity happens while you write; the report is built from what you actually said, not from a template.
What if I do not have a plan, a website, or a team?
Then you are exactly who this is for. "I do not have one" is a complete answer to any question. The plan starts from wherever you are.
What happens after the hour?
You get the report page and one email with the link. Then you do the two hours a day. When the ground is there, the ladder is open to you.
