We build software
that wins.

We build custom machines that walk strangers up the awareness ladder for our clients — every business we touch gets the same power we used to reach them. The goal is operators who own their software, their leads, and their future.

SYS://THE.HATS

Training & hats.

Grouped by the part of the org it belongs to, so each function can grow its own shelf without the page turning into a list of everything. Every item opens full-screen — nothing is embedded here, because a page of iframes is a page nobody scrolls.

Getting the right people onto post, and turning strangers into named leads. Everything from first contact to a booked meeting lives here.

SYS://THE.CONDITIONS

This week's conditions.

Cause is what you go and do. Effect is what you are judged on. The condition compares this week to last — if an effect is down, the answer is in the cause beside it.

>_ THE CONDITION FORMULAS — EVERY STEP
SYS://THE.POLICY

Company policy.

>_ COMPANY POLICY

Rung 03 of the administrative scale. Policy is what stays true when the plan changes — written down so nobody has to guess, and so a decision made once does not have to be re-argued.

POLICY 01

See it with your own eyes before you change it.

When you are suggesting a change, or writing policy, make sure it is something you have seen with your own two eyes or heard with your own two ears. If you are changing something and you do not actually know why it currently works, go and look at it first — open the page, play the video, click the button, sit in the seat of the person using it.

What you assume is happening and what is actually happening are often two different things, and the difference only shows up when you observe it directly.

>_ ABOUT AUTOMATE YOUR OFFER
Cyrus — founder of Automate Your Offer

We built this because we lived it. Running our own companies, we learned how tricky business gets when you're trying to handle every particle by hand — people at every different stage of awareness, all at once. We had to learn software to get things ironed out. Now we build the same machines for operators like you.

We run two other leading companies — realityshow.com and outletdomains.com — and we want to help you achieve success and build your future. And once your software is live, there's a lot more we can help you with.

Cyrus — ex-All-American football player, concert promoter, and skateboard lover who moonlights as a software technician on the side — leads every build.

Tanina Jackson — Automate Your Offer team

Tanina Jackson — award-winning painter, business-administration enthusiast, and all-around creative. She manages multiple properties and lives deep in real estate, architecture, and interior design — the worlds where how a thing looks and how it works are the same conversation.

That's exactly the eye she brings to your software. A world-class painter looks at your machine the way she looks at a canvas or a room: the layout, the colors, the flow, the feeling it leaves you with. She applies those same aesthetics to every build, so what we hand you doesn't just run right — it looks and feels like something you're proud to send people to.

What software actually is, what it does with your customers, and why it's going to make you more money, more time, and more valuable. Explained the simple way — with pictures.

The operators who succeed with this don't study it forever — they book the call and bring their business with them.

📅 BOOK MY BUILD CALL
>_ THE FULL PICTURE — 4 MINUTES

The whole method in one sitting — your problem, the four shapes, the machine, the math, and exactly what happens next.

The process in one paragraph: You told us about your business, and a machine was designed for it — a free catch tool that turns strangers into leads, personalized results that turn leads into fans, a first paid win that turns fans into customers, and automation that repeats it on autopilot. Next step: your Blueprint Approval Call — 30 minutes where YOU grade the blueprint, tell us what to change, and we start building.

>_ THE GLOSSARY — PLAIN ENGLISH, NO JARGON
★SOFTWARE — a list of steps a computer follows perfectly every time. Like a recipe card that cooks the meal itself.
★MACHINE — our word for the custom software we build you. It catches strangers, warms them up, and hands you buyers.
★LEAD — a real person who raised their hand — they gave you their name and number because they want what you do.
★BLUEPRINT — the written plan for YOUR machine: what to give away free, what to charge for, what to automate. Like the drawings a builder works from.
★API — a plug that lets two programs talk. Your toaster doesn't understand the power plant — it just plugs into the outlet.
★AUTOPILOT / AUTOMATION — work that finishes itself. Load the dishwasher, press start, walk away.
★AWARENESS LADDER — the four steps every customer climbs: doesn't know → knows the problem → knows fixes exist → knows YOUR fix.

🪙 FLEXXBUY — PAY OVER TIME

Put down the amount you want or need — you choose the number. If it asks what the payment is for, just select "Major purchase" or "Other" and continue.

PAY WITH FLEXXBUY ↗
🏦 IN-HOUSE PAYMENT PLAN

We structure plans directly — in-house or through a bank partner. Tell us what monthly number works for you and we'll build the plan around it.

💲 NEED PRICING SPECIFICS?

Every build is scoped to your business, but the ballparks — machines, core builds, and maintenance plans — are all public.

SEE THE PRICING PAGE ↗
>_ PAYMENT FAQ
Will you work with me on payment?

Yes — just talk to us. Between milestones, Flexxbuy, and our in-house plans, we've never lost a good build over payment structure. Tell us your situation and we'll figure it out together.

How does Flexxbuy work?

Click the Flexxbuy button above, enter the amount you want to put down, and if it asks what it's for, choose "Major purchase" or "Other." That's it — we see the payment on our side and apply it to your build.

What's the standard payment structure?

40/30/30 — a deposit at signing, a payment mid-build, and the balance at hand-off. Maintenance plans bill monthly after that — scoped with your build.

I have an idea for something I want to build — can we talk about it?

Absolutely. If you have an idea — even a rough one — let us know. We're open to discussing any build, any size. Send it through the Support tab or book a call and bring it with you.

Do I get receipts?

Yes — every card payment is processed by Stripe and generates a receipt to your email automatically.

>_ FAQ
How long does a build take?

Core builds run 2–10 weeks depending on tier; lead machines move faster.

How do payments work?

40/30/30 milestones — deposit, mid-build, hand-off. Financing is available in-house or through a bank.

What does maintenance cover?

Three levels. Essential $97/mo — hosting, monitoring, fixes, AI credits topped up, 4 social posts a month and a weekly group call. Performance $797/mo — everything above plus $300/mo of ad spend included, changes and testing on the machine, and 30 posts a month. Partner $1,997/mo — $750/mo of ad spend, 100 posts a month, and priority turnaround. Performance and Partner also carry a per-lead fee from $1 per lead caught, set by industry and invoiced every two weeks; add $100/mo on either to run the ads from our ad accounts.

Where is my blueprint?

In the Downloads tab, and it was also emailed to you.

How do I reschedule my call?

Use the link in your confirmation email, or just book a new time.

Do I own the software?

Yes — the code is yours, forever.

Where can I see pricing details and the operator's guide?

The pricing overview ↗ covers tiers, timelines, and what's included. The operator's guide ↗ shows how to run your machine once it's live.

How fast is support?

Email replies are usually same day, with priority for maintenance plans.

Your build hasn't started.

>_ THE BUILD — FOUR PHASESNOT STARTED

This is the whole process, start to finish. Every build we run goes through these four, in order. Yours is sitting at the gate.

PHASE 01
Observe & map We sit inside your actual process — how a lead reaches you today, where it stalls, what you say on the calls that close. No guessing.
⏳ WAITING ON YOUR CALL
PHASE 02
Digitise Your best plays become the tool itself — the questions, the logic, the exact wording that already works, so it sounds like you and not a generic bot.
🔒 LOCKED
PHASE 03
Build & wire The machine gets built and connected to what you already run. You watch it come together — no six-month black box.
🔒 LOCKED
PHASE 04
Hand over It goes live, your team is trained on it, and the code is yours outright. You own it — we don't rent it back to you.
🔒 LOCKED
Nothing above moves until phase one does.

Step 05 — the agreement.

Part of the — this is the step that puts something in front of them to sign.

>_ STEP 01 — WHO

Pick the opt-in this is for. Their blueprint loads underneath so you are writing the agreement against what they were actually shown.

>_ STEP 02 — WHAT THE BUILD INCLUDES

Each section writes its own clause. Anything you leave blank writes nothing at all, so the document only ever says what you actually agreed.

Build scope

What the machine itself will do. Anything unticked is explicitly not promised.

API calls & usage

Nearly every build calls paid third-party services. Say so here and it gets its own clause, so nobody is surprised by a bill later.

Money

Two separate numbers. The build is a one-off; maintenance is what runs every month after it goes live.

How the build is paid

Also included

Work outside the machine itself. Leave the price blank if it is bundled.

Meetings

How often we sit down together while the build runs.

This is exactly what they will see and sign. Read it before you send it.
