Everything worth knowing before you say build it
You've talked to us. Your machine is already designed and sitting in your dashboard. This page is the rest — the four levels side by side, what happens the day you say go, and every video — so you can decide with everything in view.
01What we do
Brings the work in. Qualified leads, daily, without you touching the process. Four sizes — you pick below.
Runs it once it's in. Delivery, onboarding, scheduling, reporting — the back office wired together. A separate build, a separate conversation.
02The four machines
Each one does everything the one before it does, plus one more job. This is the decision — everything below it is supporting detail.
The one that never lets a lead slip.
What it does: puts a free tool on your site that people actually use — and the second someone touches it, they're caught: logged, texted back, and offered a slot on your calendar.
The part that matters: it doesn't feel like a form. It feels like a game — a grader, a scorecard, a quiz they want to play. Nobody enjoys "give us your number and we'll blow you up." Everybody plays the thing that scores them. Playing it is how they get caught — a pleasurable experience for the customer, not a toll booth.
In the box:
Kills: leads going cold in an inbox. The competitor answering first.
vs the old way: Traditional lead gen is a form people avoid. This is a game they want to play — and playing it is how they get caught.
~2 weeks · pick this if you're losing leads you already earn
The one that makes them trust you first.
What it does: everything Level 1 does — then instantly hands each lead a result built for them: their numbers, their situation, their score. Not a brochure.
In the box — everything in CATCH, plus:
Kills: being one of five quotes. Price shopping. "They went with whoever answered best."
vs the old way: The traditional way is “we’ll get back to you.” This answers in seconds with THEIR result — comparing five quotes stops making sense.
~3 weeks · pick this if you win when people trust your expertise before you speak
The one that takes the money.
What it does: everything in Wow — plus a paid first step small enough to say yes to today, with payment wired straight in. Interested becomes paying with nobody chasing.
In the box — everything in WOW, plus:
Kills: quotes that die after sending. "Let me think about it." The chase.
vs the old way: The traditional way is quote, wait, chase. A built-in paid yes makes them a customer before your competitor calls back.
~5 weeks · pick this if your leads go quiet between the quote and the yes
The one that runs without you.
What it does: everything in Win, repeating on its own — plus the delivery around it: scheduling, reminders, reviews, rebooks, referrals. The whole operation, running itself.
In the box — everything in WIN, plus:
Kills: being the software yourself. The 10 hours a week. Growth capped by your memory.
vs the old way: The traditional way to grow is more staff or more hours. This repeats without payroll — the machine does the remembering.
~7 weeks · pick this if the business runs on you remembering things

One honest fence: running the business after the sale — delivery, onboarding, reporting — is Lane 02, a separate build, not a fifth machine on this shelf. Different machine, different conversation. Plenty of clients do both; nobody is forced to.
03Watch one run
This is a real design pack our system produced — a demo home-services business, so no client's data is on display. A stranger lands, uses the free tool, gets their instant result, and the machine follows up, books, and reports the money — on a loop.

▶ The loop — every client gets one of these built from their own answers
And here is the same pack, screen by screen — the eight pages every client receives. Tap any of them to see it full size.
04Your dashboard
Your design, your blueprint, your suggested machine, the edits box that pages the team, and — once we build — the live plan and a working staging link. It's all at automateyouroffer.com/portal, the same dashboard our own team runs on.
05Starting, in phases
The work order is written live on the call — your level, your features, your look, the money — signed by us first, then by you, right from your phone. Deposits are settled on the call (zero-down builds exist; most starts carry one). Then:
Your screens get your brand — logo, colors, voice, right down to whether the button says “Get my quote” or “See what it'd cost.” Copy in your voice. Your sign-off before a single line is built.
The free tool is on your site and your ads, instant follow-up is wired, and every lead is logged from day one. The machine starts earning its keep while the rest is still being built.
Personalized instant results go live; then the paid first step, with payment rails connected. How far this goes depends on the level you chose.

Training, documentation, and the source code — ownership transfers at final payment. No rent, no hostage. Most clients keep us on a maintenance plan — Essential (keep it running), Performance (keep it winning), or Partner (keep it growing) — the machine watched by the people who built it. Cancel any month.
06The videos
Watch in any order. The 60-second one at the top is the whole pitch; the rest go deeper.
Where you probably are right now
If you already have a design in your dashboard, it's waiting — unlocked, with your own machine running at the top. If you have questions this page didn't answer, that's exactly what the build meeting is for.
Book / rebook the build meeting → Open my dashboard → Run the 90-second wizard →
