Machines need a mechanic.
That's the part you actually pay for.
Custom software isn't a one-time purchase — it runs on hosting, APIs, and models that change under it. Maintenance is what keeps your machine catching leads next year, not just next week. Kickoff partners get the build fee waived and cover only this.

Essential
Hosting, monitoring, security patches, and fixes when something breaks. AI credits watched and topped up so nothing stalls mid-conversation. Four social posts a month, with your account manager coaching you on the organic side. The machine stays alive.

Performance
Everything in Essential, plus $300 a month of real ad spend inside the fee — $50 a week on your ads and $100 a month on a second network. Any change the machine needs, landing pages included, and it gets tested. Thirty social posts a month.

Partner
Everything in Performance, plus $750 a month of ad spend, a hundred social posts a month, and priority turnaround. If they want someone actually calling their leads, that can be arranged on top — scoped and priced separately, and only worth it on a high-ticket sale.
Say it out loud, now, not later: on Performance and Partner there is a per-lead fee on top of the monthly — from $1 for every lead the machine catches. The rate is set for your industry and written into your work order before anything runs, and it's invoiced every two weeks. Essential has no per-lead fee and no ad spend.
Every level includes a weekly group call — Monday, Wednesday or Saturday, morning, early afternoon or early evening. You pick one slot and keep it. Other clients are on it too.
